Students are able to choose badges on various topics, including potential computer science careers, coding logic, animation, Javascript, practical skills like typing, and much more. After selecting a badge to work on, students will work through the required number of activities, which come from various educational sources. At the end of each activity, students are asked to submit proof of completion in the form of a screenshot or comprehension questions.
Machine learning is used to suggest activities that set each individual student up for success, and students gain badges as they complete activities, providing motivation and fun. While some badges are sequential, others can be completed in any order.
